About Dr. Sudhanwa R Pathak
He is a consultant surgical Gastroenterologist at Pathak Hospital, Miraj from October 2014
He was inspired by grandfather Dr N. R. Pathak and his parents to take up medical profession.
He is trained at prestigious institutes. He did MBBS from Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College, Sion, Mumbai.
After that he was trained in General Surgery at GMCH Nagpur which is Central India's biggest and one of the busiest Medical College.
He spent some time learning endoscopy and medical publications while being a registrar at KEM Hospital Mumbai.
He did DNB training at AIG, Hyderabad. The Asian Institute of Gastroenterology is the Asia's biggest gastroenterology centre with a very high volume. He has spent a year after his DNB was over as a consultant in the same hospital.
His fields of interest are Hepatobiliary surgery, Pancreatic surgery, colorectal and Laparoscopic surgery.

DNB (Diplomate of the National Board in Surgical Gastroenterology) Asian Institute of Gastroenterology (AIG) Hyderabad, 2013. DNB from the National Board of Examinations, New Delhi is equivalent to MCh(Surgical Gastro.)
FAIS Fellowship of Indian Assosiation of Surgeons 2014.
